Or rather, the minimal character limit. I think it's quite absurd to have this for all the reports. I can understand for a few, but more often than not I find myself copying in lorem ipsum so I can file the thing for a fake HD pack and stuff like that. Horrible feature in my opinion, if you want my feedback.

While I dislike it as well I fully understand why it was changed to have a minimal requirement. They did that due to people making incomplete/troll reports and putting a character requirement deters much of that.

2 things that help me reach the requirement are links if its a matter of duplicate/stolen content or add something you think is funny but still relevant or something like thanks for looking into it.

I understand as well, though I don't see why for, for instance, the spam one or remixed one. I can easily reach the minimal character limit if I try, but most of the time I'm just annoyed because it's useless for the things I tend to report and overall cumbersome.

I don't say it needs to go, but it needs tweaking.
