Why do you want to join as an Admin?
I have always wanted to have experience as an admin; I've wanted to have a chance to defend a server against rule-breakers, and to have some sort of rank that would allow me to do so. Thus far, on every server I have played on, I have countered several rule-breakers, but before they could be punished, they would log out and the administrators/mods would mainly ignore them and such.

I would need to see the server first and know what it is about. I would also need to know the current plugins.
