3. Accepter's word is law. Only my word is over theirs.
4. I want a people to be creativity with their nationality and their faction. I don't want ninety Chinese Raiders and one American Soldier.


Now that we have that settled, let's look at what the hell has happened to the world.


First, the world's structure and organization began to crumble much earlier than 2031, the year now. No, it started back in 2016. Many superpowers in the world had become corrupt, and looked to rule over the world. America, the continent we are on now, received the least amount of damage. But, in turn, we sent many nuclear warheads over seas. We used advanced technology, unknown to most of the general population, to locate and destroy areas that housed nuclear devices. WE started the war! And now the hole world got sucked into it. After the bombings by the United States, Russia and London quickly sent warheads at each other. Both were hit almost simultaneously and had no chances of sending any more missiles. Almost every country had sent out a nuclear pay load, and all of them were hit. You find yourself laying on a bed mat, a rag wrapped around your head. You look around, but find nobody around. Only a large duffle bag by the door.

Personality: Serious, impatient, hates losing, smart.
Backstory: Being the Chief of the S.W.A.T. since the early 90s, Francis knows how it feels to be under pressure. He was one of the main reasons that America launched the warheads, and he had multiple escape routes. That was, until all of the escape routes were blocked by rebellious S.W.A.T. soldiers and one soldier smacked him in the back of the head with the butt of their gun, knocking Francis unconscious. He awoke in The Pentagon, and knew he had to get out.
Faction: N.O.O.S.E. (National Office of Security Enforcement; Post-apocalyptic SWAT.)

Backstory: Katie had been fighting Military forces for some time. She picked off soldier, one by one with her sniper. She almost thought of it as target practice, until a bullet whizzed by her head. Her position had been compromised, so she quickly grabbed her gear and move through the old apartment complex she always hid in. Out of nowhere, she was hit by someone, and blacked out.
Faction: A lone survivor.

Personality: Read a lot of the stuff on the picture... Though, under his appearance, he is quite selfless. Usually a bitter douche. Can be nice once you get to know him and can give a speech/tell you off in german/beat the shit outta you.

Backstory (What happened to you that leading up to you waking up.):
Howard ( B.K.A. (Better known as) Wrex ) had quite a troubled childhood.
Started smokes at about 15. Mom and Dad weren't the most kind people, though wealthy. His nicknames were, "Mistake, Accident, Waste of space, etc."
He usually spent his time away from the house, such as in dank, dark, places like 'The Plaza' which was actually an underground public place in an abandoned subway tunnel. He'd skip school and sometimes stay away from home for months. That was his family, the inhabitants of 'The Plaza'
He got his ass in jail a couple times.
But he always got out.
Learned how to use a gun, some home made explosives.
Really, he just went home to steal money from his parents' safe.

Appearance: Tall, handsome.
Personality: Kind, funny.
Backstory: He lived a completely normal life, until the missiles struck. After hearing the sirens, he and his family ran like heck for the bomb shelters. His daughter was run over as they crossed the busy streets. Unable to stop, already seeing the sillohuete of the missiles in the sky, he made it to the shelter, passing out after getting behind the reinforced stainless steel trapdoor. He woke up in the state described above.
Faction: Loner
Anything else?: he is a sharpshooter, French, and he thinks that earth is hell.
