Thats not true.
He doesn't spawn in-game he's not even in the code.

iv seen him id love to help find proof so others can belive

the encounter
it was in a single player world my internet was down.i had come back from mining (this was a while back when i had a slower computer) and my computer started laging so i put the render distence to short.(after getting lost in the woods) I came to my home to put my stuff away. their was a 1x1 hole in my wall and when i looked out from it i saw a steve skin with white eyes i whent to the door to go over to him but wheni looked form in front of my door he was gone.from that day i look for him.i knew he was herobrine.i still look

Well I heard from another thread there used to be a fog glitch in alpha.Maybe its the same fog glitch somehow???

Let me explain something.

NO ONE has EVER given real proof. Make a video of it, without a single missing frame, where it SHOWS you force updating and everything. So we KNOW its not a mod or something

i will go. but only to investigate and logicly disern whether he exists.
