Story
Rapture is an underwater city, at the bottom of the ocean. Its falling apart, and its slightly flooded. It is dark, and holds many secrets among its flooded walkways. This is an rp set in it. For all intentsive purposes, we are not including people from the actualu game.
Races
Splicers- drug addicts, who kill people on sight most times, who carry pipes and guns ((small ones like pistols) as well as use plasmids.
Big Daddys- giant steel golems who walk around, doing maintenance in the ocean and hunting people. They are found with Little sisters. They carry drills and small firearms.
Little sisters- little girls possesed to follow big daddys. When a big daddy dies, and the little sister can be cured of the possesion, or killed.
Big sisters- older little sisters who are very agile, in suits like the big daddys, just skinnier. Carry small fire arms.
Human- normal people caught in Rapture. Can carry most fire arms (no lasers please) and can use plasmids.
Plasmids
These are serums which give you powers. Only use on NPC's, or players if they give permission. They contain:
Incinerate- spew fire at enemies
Electric Shot- which temporarily stuns foes, and can be used on malfunctioing electricals.
Telekenesis- does what it says
Hypnotise Big Daddys- get Big Daddys to do as you say.
Winter Blast- freeze enemies.
