1: You even mention the words "Server" or "IGN" and I will rip off your limbs, take out your organs one by one, then throw you into a pack of zombies to be slowly devoured while you're still alive.
2: Have fun!

Alright, here we go. (Note, this is based off a real game and book. I do not own any of the characters or storyline).
In the world of Discordia, everything was peaceful. Farmers tend the land, druids maintain the force of nature, and no crime was committed. All in all, a peaceful country. One day, however, all that began to change. One druid, a female named Alchemia, decided that she wanted more than just the powers of healing and nature. She wanted to control all of Discordia. She stole a wand that held plenty of power, with the help of a magician who also wanted power. Alchemia killed him once he served his purpose, then killed the king and queen of Discordia. She set to work on getting more soldiers and conducting secret experiments. The druids were forced away, and the land fell in turmoil.
The farmers took up banditry to feed their families, monsters began roaming the land, and the druids could not handle it all. To make things worse, Alchemia's "experiments" broke loose and started roaming the lands as well. They were zombies, things that will eat anything, friend or foe. Some of them were mutants or just plain body parts, which made them much harder to kill, if at all. There are two sides: The Warriors of Perdition, which consisted of soldiers loyal to Alchemia, and the Exacters of Penance, who are composed of ordinary citizens and the druids, who are fighting against the Warriors and Alchemia, and strive to overthrow her.
Which side are YOU on?
Do you like it? If not, then TOO BAD! If so, then come on in.
Rules:
1: No god modding or having perfect characters, like being completely invulnerable and stuff.
2: No major swearing or cussing. Things like "damn" or "hell" is fine.
3: Be mature. We are still human beings, and we will act like human beings.
4: If you side with Penance, add "Alchemia must be overthrown" to your Anything else section. If you side with Perdition, add "I obey Alchemia". If neutral, put, "Which side will win?"
6: No elves. EVER. Too overused.
5: Have fun!

Backstory: Wyrden was born soon after Alchemia took control of Discordia. His father was a mere farmer, but his mother was a ranger. She taught him how to use a bow and short sword, so he wouldn't be defenseless. She also taught him how to use a throwing knife, in case of emergencies. Wyrden excelled, which was not much of a surprise, given that he had his mother's blood in him. This wasn't his only training, though. She also taught Wyrden how to sneak anywhere and how to hide himself in the open.
One day, as he was walking through a town, he saw a woman playing a flute. Wyrden thought it was beautiful. The woman noticed him staring and motioned for him to come closer. Wyrden was skeptical, but curious, so he came forward. They had some conversations, then she taught him how to play the flute. After a few lessons, he was quite talented. The lady merely smiled and gave him her flute, then left. The next day, he wanted to visit her again when he saw her corpse in an alleyway, a knife in her heart and the look of fear in her eyes. Scared, Wyrden raced back home, only to find his home destroyed by a fire. He looked through the remains and found his father's burned body in the wreckage. His mother, however, was nowhere to be seen. He continued searching and found his weapons, although his bow was gone, replaced by his mother's longbow. He gathered them, plus whatever money was left, and started to wander off, to who knows where.
Anything else: Which side will win?
