i've had no problems, it could be your internet or firewall blocking the program from running correctly, you should check your settings

yes m8 it was down for about 3-5 mins and it come back up straight away... and half a million player thought it was an update for 1.8 and another half a million players were like oh shit did my world saved? i had 1 diamond on that world.. it better saved! and of corse the were people like me... Fuck going to play something alse while Mojang is trying to fix minecraft... End of the story...
