Coming from a girl's perspective, the most romantic way that I think you could ask a girl out is you: 1. find her favorite song, 2. go to her house at sunset, 3. sing it to her and ask her out after.

Well im not sure how to say it straight, but its easier to say if she asks what your doing. The first time i admitted my love to someone was because me and my friend both liked her and were kind of play-fighting over her, when out of the blue she asked us why we were fighting, and i instantly blurted out "Its over you". Sadly it turns out the girl was an ass, and im still girl-friendless.
If she reacts awkwardly she is just shy at that moment.
I-Its not like im posting for you or anything... B-baka....
