Are you good with world edit?: hmm....i've not used world edit in a while, but im sure ill pick up quickly on the commands and such.

Age: I don't want any personal info out about my age etc., but I am not a teenager yet.
Time available: Depends on which time zone you live in compared to mine. I have school so I am available from 3:30pm-8:pm. (Tech rules in our household!)

Good with redstone(1-10)?: About 6, I am good, but I'm not a total genius like that 16 year old kid who created a working calculator using NO mods in minecraft!
Are you sure its just not the tag your after?: Yes, I really like being part of big team builds on servers. I am one who spends time building stuff that is enjoyment, not just the tag.
Are you good with world edit?: On a scale of 1-10, probably 8, I use MCEdit to add aminium barriers to my custom maps etc.
can you help make spawn?: Are you kidding?! I LOVE making big creations like spawns!
