Reason why they are great=they sing about real world problems in a
hardcore rock/heavy metal tone

Fave song from them=unknown soldier (great song for a war hating peace loving person like me i don't think war should stop 100% we need to fight for freedom
but please don't make war a first resort make it a last resort

Reason why they are great~ As said above, killer guitar solos, amazing riffs and awesome, if somewhat rough, vocals. They've inspired generations to get of their lazy anti-social ass and rebel, or do something about the crap-hole we live in via their lyrics, that often highlight social or economical problems, with a few religion/insanity songs in there.

Fave song from them~ The ENTIRE album of "Rust in Peace", including Holy Wars- The Punishment Due. Addicted to Chaos, A Tout Le Monde, Countdown to Extinction, to name but a few.

yeah they are great i have heard a few of there songs
but i stick more to soul lifting/dark toned songs

like breaking benjamins dear agony great song that ben burnley the lead singer
came up with while idk i think he had cancer or it may have been his being a booze addict and in rehab

anyway he made it from his heart and always makes there songs they even did a
song with RED called (i will not bow) RED is a heavy metal band with a real skill for making songs to fire you up for games like black ops zombies/MW3

In Dear Agony, I've heard I Will Not Bow. It's a pretty good song. I prefer heavier stuff though, and to my knowledge, that song lacks a soul-Imean solo.

The best band is the damned. I don't like them that much but their songs mean too much to me...
