You can post your ideas for new updates. Hopefully Notch might take a peek here to get some ideas from you wonderful guys.
Here's one to start off, I think they should add more water creatures other than just squids.

I think they should add More NPC like charicters than villagers

Myeh, I think they should add better NPCs. Not ones that just walk around, that you can sort of talk to and trade with. (Not just emeralds!)
