Planet Minecraft

I want to make a nice hunger games server with custom maps. Since I can't be on all the time, I want people to be my ops. Since I haven't started yet, I need builders who can- build forests, buildings, small redstone traps, and other things that could be a shelter. They would also need to hide chests with items too.
