redstone , mod development , Mod release, textures and skins?

With them seperate it would allow people to search easier as well as with more posts... keep stuff organized.

I do not see redstone getting it's own section. One topic should suffice, as it's a fairly small topic to begin with. As for the others, possibly(There has been talk about this before). But I don't see multiple modification sections in the future.

Well I guess there doesn't really need to be one for releasing mods but it seems there could be one for mod development and maybe setup a FAQ of the most common question "How do I make mod" with link to mcp and just explaining that you need programming knowledge.

It just seems a lot of questions of the same thing get asked over and over and would be fairly nice I think to have a collection "knowledge base" to refer them to ... or maybe some would even check before posting leaving post to bit higher quality?

Feel free to post a modification FAQ in the 'Skins, Textures & Mods' section if you feel like you're up to it. If the topic gets positive feedback, I'm sure we can discuss sticking the topic. At the very least, you would have a topic/knowledge base to point members to.

Much like WoD pointed out, there's already a thread dedicated to Redstone. I'm not against the idea of a full-on section for it, but the Redstone community isn't very big compared to, say, the Bronie community. They have over 700 pages, yet they don't have a full section. Albiet, Redstone is related to minecraft.....

Don't see why not. Petition, anyone?
