This is GIMP Hub, it's not official yet but it is still a hub. :D In this GIMP Hub you can add or request for tutorials. Ihpe there is more users or fans of GIMP in PMC. :)

Hmm we do need a GIMP hub... I have semi-limited knowledge of GIMP, but would be glad to offer aid too.
