What I am looking for:

To be allowed access to be in creative, possibly worldedit. I dont know much about world edit, I perfer to build by hand, but I am not opposed to learning it.
A survival server
mmo/rp/iconomy - all ok not required
A server that has been around for awhile and has a playerbase. The only thing worse than being on a server that ONLY has admin online at a given time, is one that doesnt even have them online. I like to chat and e friendly, otherwise I would just play offline.
A server that wont shut down a month from now when the owner gets bored.
Head admin who know how to do their jobs with keeping the server up, plugins, etc.

What I am not looking for:

Weird themed servers like prison or drug.
Being allowed to join as a builder, then promoted to admin or higher after 2 days and expected to know everything that comes with that. This seems to happen to me alot, I just want to build. If you want me to be admin by rank, but builder by ocupation, that is fine. But my only interest is BUILDING stuff for players to enjoy.
Time requirements - I will be open most evenings, but dont penalize me if I miss a damn day.
Do not make me have to pay real money just to have basic permissions to help YOUR server.
