Introduction
Hello,
Well i am coming at you today writing this application to look for a server that is open to ideas and that is just starting there will be a few regulations and requirements i will need from you and then you can ask the same of me if you wish that i have not already provided i will of course give you my details such Skype,email,name,IGN later on in the application, the first part of the application will be about myself, my history with servers, and what some other people have said about me, the second part will be where i explain my build ideas, my style, comparing myself in a group and by myself and if i can get the PMC attachment to work one or two pictures of my builds (this is not promised) but i will happily take a test on a flat world of your server. Then finally the third part will be about my ideas on how players can interact with the servers, what will the server need to be (e.g. plugins). I think my ideas can get a server very big if me and the server owner can work together and get along with each other, also if we both show determination as in my mind i have worked out it will take a couple of months to get the server up and running properly with all the plugins, beta testers coming in to search for glitches and such. Right enough of be blabbering on about all this stuff i will expand on this idea when i get down to the correct part.
Part I
As i said in my introduction this part will be about myself and my server history such as how many servers i have worked for, my personal life and i compare myself working in a group or working alone the pro's and con's about these two just so that you the server owner can get a idea of me before you even talk to me.
Well lets start of with my name, my name is Christopher Hudson born in England, West Yorkshire, Leeds i am 15 years old still going to school i am in Senior 3 (Year 11) and i go to David Young Community Academy i always speak my mind and make sure everyone hears me say it (Live life large and loud - this is my motto) and what i want from my future is to be a QA tester or a YouTube / Twitch partner to alot of people this sounds silly but in my mind i love playing games and i would rather get payed for something i love doing then get payed for doing something that i would hate.
Now lets start going into the Virtual me more deeply as in Minecraft me, how i act in groups of people and how i act by myself. I arent like my normal self when i log onto minecraft i am more isolated i would better on my own, then in a group because it seems i get pushed to the side because of keyboard warriors, I do not mean to sound commanding but it is better for my own sanity and your (the server owners) sanity. This does interweave with my building part of my application as i prefer to build alone, no matter how long it will take. A server that has shutdown now said i was the best builder he had seen because of the attention to detail i show. My history with servers is very good i always speak my mind if it does prove the server and i always have ways to back up my idea to "fortify" how strong the point is. So say if i suggested a plugin i would give reasons on how it could improve the servers uniqueness and it's chances of becoming a popular server but then i would also says it's downfalls such as how lagging it can make the server, what is the plugins requirements.
Part II
As i said in my introduction this part will be about my building, such as my style, my designs, my accuracy on how it would of been made back in the day and all this sort of stuff. If i can get this to attach two screenshot i will provide them if not add me on Skype (this kind of info will be down at the end of the app) and i will provide them there.
Lets get started then. I will start on my building style, i have two different styles of build such as Fantasy which is mostly inspired by World of Warcraft, RuneScape, Battle of Immortals, Terra, War of Immortals and then my other style is Medieval which is inspired by real life structures, Google images, Warhammer and what i would perceive as a medieval build with all the connecting gables, flooring, and this does lead into my design which i take highly serious i always plan a city with every building to it's very last detail (too an extent because of minecraft capabilities) but i will always try my best, what i mainly do is when i am going to build a city i build the very basic structure of the building that is needed, then after i finished all the buildings that are needed, i then go to everything i build and put the finishing decoration on it such as roads, i will usually put a stone slab lip on the edges of them, on a house i will place upside down stairs on where the log comes out of the house, i will put a design on the edge of the roof, a flag on the tops of the gatehouse, a statue in front of the Keep / throne hall of the king of the city.

Part III
This part of my application will be where i present my ideas that i have in my mind these are best to work with a RP/PvP server as my ideas include War, Factions, PvE, PvP, Dungeons,Raids,Jobs, etc
My first idea is to have a custom map which i am in the works of making, the spawn will be on the island where there are 3 warring factions (Server owner may want more factions) but i am suggesting 3 as it is a easy manageable number. The spawn will be a cold harsh land isolated from all the other parts of the world up in the North / North East, With a range of mountains and masses of undead coming at you such as zombies, skeletons and creepers and the player spawns and sees the amount of undead coming towards him/her and then a messenger comes to him/her and gives him/her a message saying "you need to get out of here soldier, report back to Commander Shorthorn (gold faction) or Commander Rutan (green faction) or General Helicon (blue faction), These are the three factions that are warring against the undead and each other to hold the Golden Throne ( Gold team holds this so far ) and then the players accepts this and goes off to one of the factions, they can of course explore the island (high chance of dieing tho due to that many undead) or explore the three factions to see the which one would be best for the player. After the player has chosen the faction they want to belong to they go through a portal or click on a sign to go to the factions main city. In charge of the city will be the Lords (admins) apart from gold which will be the Server Owner / Head admin and then they are the Hand of the lord, which will be the moderators each Lord will be given a moderator which can help run their faction organize wars, handle the income of the city stuff like that under the eye of the lord of that city. Then underneath them will be the Commander of the armies / cities defense, Workers, the council (optional). Commander of the armies is pretty self explanatory they command the factions armies for defense / offence. Workers well these are people of the faction that create the income and gain income for themselves these workers are people such as Diplomats, farmers, Landlords, Soldiers, Church keepers, librarians, builders ( i will put more jobs forward on the Skype interview ). Then there will be classes such as Paladins, Warriors, Engineer, Rune master, Hunter, Rogue ( again i will put forth more classes on the Skype interview ). Also each faction will have at-least three allies which are towns close to the base which is also another way to get money for the faction base.
Although my ideas are mainly Role Playing, there will be PvP aspects of the server such as weekly naval / land warfare, daily battlegrounds (war hubs).
!All the rest of my ideas will be put forth in the Skype interview as you probably want to know more about the plugins i can suggest, the ways they will work with the server and so on and so forth!

Ban: I have never been banned on purpose, i have banned myself on a server because i messed around with the permissions and then banned myself to see if i set it up right.

My Requirements from you the server owner:
1) You know how to advertise
2) You can / know somebody who can record for the cinematic of the server
3) You will allow nobody build permission apart from the owners of the other two factions until server realse day.
4) You will use my ideas and listen to everything i will say
5) You will use my custom map i make since it is best for my ideas
6) I will give you a list of plugins that you can check out yourself and you use them, unless it makes the server laggy, if this happens then you can delete that plugin until you get better RAM.
7) You will be determined to see this through
8) You will put 100% effort into the server.
9) You will not advertise the server until we are close to opening day
10) You can create a good functional website / knows who can.
These are 10 easy requirements i need from you, so that i am able to work on your server, me and you will both agree to these conditions and then get on with the server.
I will leave the server owner to the naming of all the factions, the armies, the quest givers.
If there are any grievers on the server when it is realsed, they will be dealt with swiftly and deadly, with a permanent ip ban, no matter who they are, griefers will not be allowed on the server at all, no matter who they are. TNT will only be permitted on the naval warfare, or the siege of the castles.
The sieges of the castles will be monthly between two factions The gold and one of the other factions, all admins will fight in survival and the owner too, everyone needs to fight in survival to make sure it is fair, armor can be bought from the shops in the factions bases for diamond armor and weapons and such, TNT will not be sold in the shops, they will be given to the two warring leaders in the siege and they can give it to any of the players that belongs to their factions, There will be secret passageways into the city, to give the offence and the defense a bit of a challenge both will have TNT cannons, that will be built 15mins before the actual siege.
Thank you for reading this application to your server, they may be demanding on the requirements but we will need full control to do something this big so that we can monitor the status of the server, if there are any questions that you need to ask about me ask me in the Skype interview and i will happily answer them there.
P.S Notify me by this topic if you are interested to have me on your server but your server needs to have no one on it, be white listed enabled so that i have time to create the custom map for the server as this will take some time. Me and the Owner will both interview the admins that are wanting to be on the server, these will be interviewed as soon as the server has my custom map. Then 1 month before the server realse the 15 beta testers will come in and test all the plugins, make sure there arent any glitches or bugs on the server such as world holes etc. Of course this server will need alot of money for the website and for the server itself so the donators will get quite alot but will not be so overpowering that it will be a OP rank.
