I am looking for a plugin developer to make a plugin for my new server.

Plugin name: (not sure yet)
Features: DayZ like plugin with, bones breaking when fall or extreme damage is taken, bleeding, infection, crackshot guns compatability, auto chest refilling, chest loot dependent on certain areas/ zones (military, civilian, famrs, etc.).Scoreboad showing human kills, zombie kills, humanity, nametag coloring dependent on hero or bandit (high/low humanity) thrist, zombie infection, level of visibility to zombies in xp bar (subject to change) use of paper/bones/green dye to heal bleeding/bone breaking/infection, bloodbagging (using item to heal other player), multiple respawn areas with one original spawn that is only seen once with rules/ guns, and of course zombies only, spawning during the day.
