Builders
So you are a builder looking for a good build team to join? Then you have started reading the right thread! We are a group of mature builders that are not only doing this for fun, we are actually making money out of it, its like our extra jobs. We have a rule doe, we do only require money if the owners are happy with our builds and all that we build will mostly be built on OUR servers at first so that we have a copy if the server owners decide to backstab us.

• You are 14 or older (Exceptions can be made for 13 year olds depending on skills)
• You have been building for other teams or servers before
• You are mature and are pretty fluent in english
• You are able to use skype to communicate during our builds
• You can follow direct orders and directions without questions or any issues understanding what to do
• You build when we say so, and you stop when we say so
• Remember, WE DO NOT search for a "Manager"

Wouldnt say theres more than that, REMEMBER! You have to be able to provide some high quality pictures of your old builds

Server Owners
Are you possibly a server owner or founder in need of a build team? Well continue reading then! We are a proffesional build team with members in the age of 14-21, we have alot of requirements on who we add to our team so you will not have to worry about trusting in some unmature screaming boys running around doing nothing else than taking credits for something they have'nt even done. We have a rule, we do only require money if you get alot of donations and that you are happy with our builds, we always keep a copy of the world if you would backstab us
We do only the buildings for people who fit in with our list of demands
Here are the requirements:

• You much have everything setup Plugin wise
  You must have a good idea of what the build should look like, dont say "Do what you think will look good, we need a theme"
  Dont tell us that something looks bad or is uneven, its just that it is not done yet
  You much be able to pay us, we do not always require money but that depends on how much donations you recieve, if you are happy with our build and how big the build is
  Dont ask us if we want "Admin" or "Mod" ranks, all we want is to build, dont try to bribe us in a way that later, you will ask for more builds for free
  We dont make builds for vanilla servers, it has to be a bukkit server
  If you have a custom texturepack, we need to get a copy of the actual files to know how everything looks and such
  You cannot block the easter eggs we make
  You have to give us credits for our builds
