PVP'ers Wanted

I'm looking for players that love PVP to stir up some tension on my server. Start a faction, kill anyone in sight, but griefing is not allowed.
I'm not looking for staff, have plenty already, just need some new big factions. their are two all powerful factions and they are allied with each other, so not much happens.
I started the server as a peaceful community server, oh how i regret that. The slaughter of the innocent is welcome.

Yes the server is in 1.7.10. There is a world boarder with a radius of 4000 blocks from spawn, and lockette but if you find any unlocked chests, fair game. as for starting off at the bottom, with the economy you can buy diamond armor shortly after starting.

sounds fun, we host an anarchy pvp server that sounds similar, but being op I feel like I cant participate in pvp in survival much without causing problems over advantages.
Do you have any other rules? like world borders or anything? and how long has your map been up so far? Would I (or some of my other friends/players) be starting out way behind everyone?
And is it a 1.7.10 server?
