Hello everyone, this is just a quick post to let anyone know that my team and I are looking to recruit some more coders for our server. We are currently making an MMORPG in Minecraft called Realm of Averia. For more details and information about the server, please PM our manager :

Experience Related to Position(s): My knowledge of plugins may really help out this server. I can set up a lot of things without help and can be extremely helpful
when needed.

If so, what did you enjoy about it?
I enjoyed that I could have fun with other staff. I enjoyed being
able to help out that server and make it grow. It let me know
that I was being helpful. I really understood how it was to be a staff member. It was defiantly NOT easy. It was a responsibility.
What did you not enjoy about it?
I didn't have anything I don't
enjoy being staff, other than sometimes you can be overwhelmed by people commenting
or asking for stuff your
not allowed to give out. And other things..
Scenarios (Made some up?):
1. I would first tell them nicely that I am not allowed to help them, and you have
to continue on your own, and tell them we are here to maintain the server, not
to help players get setup/started.
2. I would first Try and repair it quickly and get the griefer away from
the scene, maybe around spawn where he cant build. Then I would fix it, and as soon as an admin that has access to some of those commands, immdinently about the
griefing problem.
3. I would first close down the world/server (if it was on a certain one) and look at the
problem myself. I would first check to make sure nothing in-game or other plugins were
causing it. If nothing works, I would take the plugin out, and instantly go and
find out what was causing it online or somewhere else reliable.

I read your whole app and you didn't mention if you could make plugins (From scratch, code the whole thing). Because this is what we're looking for. If you can please give me some examples.
