Come in game and i can talk to you about ranks, obviously not everyone will get admin but as the server is new quite a few watchmen and mod positions are going to be given out.

Excuse the lack of... posting experience through this forum.
BUT. Here is my application:~

What am I applying for: Administrator, Moderator, OP. [Either is fine.]

Why these positions?: I can be good with people/players. Every server that I have been to have notice the lack of Moderators that abuse their 'power', or are just being silly with what 'power' they have. Though being a Moderator is a fun job, a server needs one who is willing to be responsible and not cause havoc. As some do. Yes, they may be friendly, and yes; they can put their 'power' to good use. But has anybody ever thought: "Should I really ask for help from them?" Simply because, they either seem too silly, or abusive.

I don't WANT to be the greatest moderator around, I just want to provide all I know to help others experience.

-- All in all, I can change that. I am a friendly person, on the net and out. I support players who WANT to have a good time and not be afraid to talk to a moderator, or any other staff of that server. It's all about the players experience. And respecting the moderation 'power'.

How often are you active?: So far as I know, every day I can assure you. Or, at least once a day for more than 3+ hours.

Been any of these before?: Yes, I have been a Moderator on chatroom sites, such as Habbo Hotel and various Private Servers throughout the gaming world. I have been a creator of my own server through Minecraft but had to remove due to a laptop that can't support much RAM. But I do have experience in the real life, as a supervisor in gaming cafe's and now currently a supervisor of gaming machines like the Pokies.

TimeZone: I live in Australia, fancy little country. Shaped almost like a dorito. Or at least I think it is. [EST – Eastern Standard Time]

Skills that you offer?: Skills ranging from HTMLs to anything to do with IT work. I always have a load of idea's to share and listen to everyone else suggestions, I can provide action when needed upon those who disrespect other players or whatever the rules seem fit to the creator of the server. I also role-play from ranges of styles if the server see's to have this.

I am not a violent person, nor do I tend to be when cursive situations pass by. If somebody is being aggressive, I do have the knowledge how to deal with that person without being rude or abusing the position. Not only do I handle the situation, but I do pass on the situation or plot to either an Admin or the Head if needed.

I can be contacted personally through an email which I can set up for complaints or perhaps issues revolving around the server.

I DO have editing skills, for which I can create a range of images and banners suited for the server on request of the Admins or Head of Staff.

SCENARIOS: --
[1] A player is causing havoc amongst other players, swearing, abusing and making racial or sexual slurs.
-- This player doesn't exactly seem to have a purpose to be on the server. Action must be taken in place to either be rid of this player or change his ways to behave on the server. All players should be given a second chance, right? If the player abuses this again, he may be banned either temporarily or perminatly. Depending on what actions he has done.

[2] A Moderator is offline, but a player has caught another player doing something he shouldn't. [Such as Griefing.]
-- If a player has caught a Griefer performing something that is either burning down a house, or perhaps destroying buildings that have had players spent valuable time on; a screenshot can be taken of the dialogue box if any comments were said, and of the player which has done this. The screenshot can be sent to a moderator (As I said, I can set up an email where players may report without feeling they need to be silent about it.), and there a decision will be made. Either banning temporarily, or for good.
