Recruiting a **GFX/Picture animation designer**

I need to recruit a GFX/Picture animation designer. I need one for youtube banner animated realism avatar picture and other things like those listed. I will pay on a contract scale of per month. I want absolute professional, not some "Good" one. I want the best I can get.
