Fairly simple - I'm building a server and need someone who's knowledgeable of the inner workings of Bukkit server plugins.

Great knowledge of the Factions plugin is very desirable. There'll be a bit of tweaking involved!

It would be great if you know anything about game modifiers. For example, increasing the rate at which hunger falls, slowing down the player if they wear iron armour, disabling anything to do with diamonds, limiting inventory space, etc. In a nut shell, making the game-play more realistic.
Open to suggestions of multiple plugins that achieve this outright, but I'd ideally like to keep the number of plugins being used to a minimum. So if you know how to merge plugins, that would also be handy!
