Recruiting staff and builders

Hello,
My name is DragonslayerMC and I am reciting staff and builders for my new server "The Dragons Realm". This server will have multiple plug-ins and also it will have different game modes. I will be looking for mature experienced staff. The 2 staff choices are helper, and moderator. Admin will be only available by gaining my trust. I am also recruiting a build team, if accepted as a builder you will get builder rank on the server and any one rank or item from our Buycraft store as your payment.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE?: I have tons of experience first off I have been admin, co-owners, and moderators on many servers then I also ran 3 other servers that made me about 300$ so Im very good with server commands and many more. I can also code and if you ever need custom plugins I can make them! and you have full access to them!
WHY DO YOU WANT TO JOIN?: I want to join because I love helping servers that are just starting up! it makes me feel good inside I also benefit from it because the game is more exciting and the server benefits because there will be less hackers, modders, trolls and cheaters! because I will find them and ban them!

WHY DO YOU WANT TO JOIN?:I would like to become staff on your server for many reasons.I could manage over any server(s) and make sure the players are following the rules.I can work with plugins(not code them), build great hubs,spawns,and shops,and manage players using all of my previous experience.I have played minecraft for 4 years now and have owned my own server once but couldn't find any reliable staff.It was also shut down to lack of donations.I would like to be admin because all of the time i devote to the server will deserve a higher position that mod or helper(not to be greedy.I can start out at a lower rank if you want).I will be one of you most active staff members.I also have some great server ideas and good plugins we can use to create them.I have been admin many times on other servers before but we're shut down for unknown reasons.

as stated in the post you can only become admin by gaining my trust (being helpful,not abusing power and being on alot) but you may have a position as moderator

Well I have my own little server that I dont have the PC power to run lol so I set it up with minigames and every thing and i Helped a small server called Mtubbacraft and when i joined it shot up within the first two days it had 5 players i just love minecraft. and I'm one of the few players that have been with minecraft from the first release
