Hey War, I think you might want to change the ranks a bit. If a player(me for example) is promoted to builder he/she can use worldedit. I think not everyone will use it well and I think it might be better to create about 2 ranks between civilian and builder so you know they can be trusted. I hope this will help:

Builder(no WE)
Probuilder(no WE)
Moderator(only kick and no WE)
Supermod (kick and ban but no WE)
Admin(Kick and ban+WE)
Operator(Kick and ban+WE and some more features)
Owner(probably as much commands as the operatorbut the prestige:P)
If you need another staff i will be available because i really like the server so far .
