Brand New Hardcore Economy Sever!
☝ Rendercraft! ☝

Cities | PvP Zones | User Controlled Shops | Grief Free | Fun community | Trustworthy Owners

About The Server:
This brand new server brings all that economy craving action you all love! We bring great Staff, Grief Free server, Cities, Stores. Here at Rendercraft we feel that the server is made by you guys, the users! Do you love Money? Then this server is JUST for you! The server has not yet launched of this forum post being made, but we plan for the release in the next couple of days!

Sever Specs:
Our server is hosted by the wonderful people at Beastnode! The following is what our server is going to be run on:
+ 1-80 Player Slots
+ 3584MB of Dedicated RAM
+ 5GB of SSD Space

Of course we're going to be upgrading this as the server progresses.

Staff, what we need, and are looking for:
Staff are very important to us here on Rendercraft, I believe, as a Server Owner, that no one should have powers that can be abused, unless 100% sure. With this said, my self, and all the other staff members will NOT have any sort of advantage over our users economy wise.

Yes, we're currently looking for staff members for Rendercraft, below is the application for it. Make sure to understand we're looking for True, Mature, trustworhty, dedicated members for the staff of Rendercraft, it wont be easy to get accepted, we're looking to go far on the Minecraft server database, and expect all applicants to have the same tone of mind.

You can only apply for a few positions, although, if you show your worthy of a new rank, we will adjust your rank depending.

Current Staff Members:

Server Owners:
Myself

Admins:
Tcuomo41807

Lead Developers:
Zwunder

Developers:
Rebel.
Weirdbuilder.

Moderators:
None

Trial-Moderators:
None

Staff Positions Needed:

Developer - Developers are the people who are working behind the scenes to keep the server running smoothly and without incident. It is the developers responsibility to keep the server from crashing and to keep it from becoming too laggy. as a developer you get the ability to re-start the server, to butcher mobs, and to help us consider new plugin options. If it weren't for developers most servers would not be running smoothly if at all, be warned this can be a high stress job but can be very worth it if you enjoy computers or the feeling that you have helped people enjoy their stay on Rendercraft.

Moderator - Moderates are the backbone of the server. They keep it calm and running. They enforce the rules and encourage people to follow them.This user should show a lot of dedication towards the server. They should be online often and always have the need to help new members. This is not an easy job, and you should not apply just for the title. If you are serious about applying, copy and paste the following
questions below, and post them as a reply to this topic.

Trial Moderator - The Trial Moderator is what you get ranked to if we feel we need to see you in action before fully promoting you to Moderator, not all moderators will have to go through trial, only those we feel need too. As a Trial Moderator you should have the same expectations as any other normal Moderator/Trial Moderator.

= Donations =

Currently there's no donation features you can donate for, once the server up there will be things such as Teleport, Fly, /home, and more! Although, as of right now we sill are accepting donations just to help us start up the server quicker, below is the current promotion hence we don't think it's fair if you don't get rewarded what so ever for being a donor.

Here at Rendercraft we like to show to the community who supports us, so here are the following ranks for donating:

*[Donation rank here]* = $5 - $10. - With this donation, if you donate before the offical server launch, you will have this when you first log on to the server "Username [*I*] Newcomer" I stands for the amount you donated. The I means you've donated $1- $50 to the server! Below are the donation ranks in-game so far.

I = 1-50
II = 51-75
III = 76-100
IV = 101-150
V = 151-200
V.I.P = 201+

Donate below at this link:
https://www.paypal.c...812cd76bf2fd83f

ONCE YOU'VE SENT IN YOUR DONATION, SEND US AN EMAIL AT [email protected] AND POSTING THE FOLLOWING:

In-game name:

How Much Did you donate?:

When did you donate?:

What Email did you donate with?:

This system above wont always be in-place, just until we get our website up, then the donations will be a lot smoother, and easier!

We plan to implant more donations rank soons. You can donate before the server is up, we keep all donations on record, once you come in-game, your Name should be updated!

Thanks for donating to Rendercraft!

Warning:
All donations are final once submitted, there's no refunds unless we feel the need too. We will always return donation payments fully if we end up doing something wrong.

Moderator:
General Information:

1. What is you in-game username? kirby1699

2. How often will you be on the server? Probably 5 hours per day.

3. What time-zone are you in? Eastern Standard Time

4. Why will you join RenderCraft? Because it sounds like a fun server and I've been looking for a server with a hardcore economy.

Main Questions:

Why would your Moderating help the server? Because I would make sure people would obey the rules and also make sure that people have a good experience playing on RenderCraft.

What makes up stand out from all the other applicants? I have a lot of experience as staff and I am a great builder.

Why do you think you might not be picked? Other people might have more experience than me, or because they are better builders than I am.

How well do you know the rules? I have read them over many times.

Do you think patience is a vital trait in a moderator? Yes and no. Yes because you need to have patience with people if they are explaining something that they had done. No because you can't have too much patience because then you could let people break the rules without punishment.

The server may get fast-paced and you may be overwhelmed with the users, how would you handle this? I would be fine with it because I have played on servers with over 500 players on at a time.

Hypothetical Questions:

A person just joins the server and is advertising a different server. What do you do? Tell them to stop and read the rules. If they continue I will ban them.

You see a moderator starting to get frustrated, you worry he/she may let their anger out on the server. What do you do? Try to calm them down the best I can.

You are the only moderator online and do not know a answer to a problem. What do you do? I might ask higher ranks for a solution to the problem if I cannot figure it out myself.

A user is trolling the server. What do you do? Give them a warning. If they continue I will ban them.

Two users are in an arguement and accusing each other of scamming. What do you do? Hear out both of their stories. If I cannot decide on which one of them actually scammed I may ask someone else with a high rank to help me out in making a decision.

Denied
It seems like you think we're a building server, as a Moderator on this server, it has NOTHING to do with building, you help Moderate the server.

ALL STAFF ARE GOING TO BE ALLOWED ONTO THE SERVER PRIOR LAUNCH TO TEST PLUGINS, DEVELOP SERVER PRICES, AND MORE.

Currently in heavy need of both Moderators & Developers, be serious please, work hard on your application, we're not looking for builders, we're looking for people to help run the server, and make it a better place. :)

General Information:

1. What is you in-game username? Racjoke

2. How often will you be on the server? As much as I can, I'm usually on everyday of the week for about 6 hours unless I have soccer or other plans.

3. What time-zone are you in? Central US

4. Why will you join RenderCraft? I will join Rendercraft because I like the Idea of the Hardcore Economy, and yes, I love money so there is another reason. I also think it sounds really organized and I love being on organized servers.

Main Questions:

Why would your Moderating help the server? Well first off, I'm very experienced. I have moderated a couple of server, for example, I've moderated a server called Charmcraft (PvP/Economy server). I am also very useful for help if anyone needs it. I am patient and responsible. And also very fun to be around so people will love me being on this server as a moderator.

What makes up stand out from all the other applicants? Well, like I said in the previous application, I have moderated a couple of servers and that is not a lie. Many times people will post an application saying they have co-owned 15 servers and moderated 12, that's a lie because it's almost impossible to co-own 15 servers at the same time. As for me when I moderated a server, I moderated 2 and 2 servers only and I spent my time on those servers and gave them both my fair amount of time and work. I didn't just spend all my time on one server. Another reason I stand out is because I can help you grow the server and get donations, unlike other people can because usually when people moderate server they never pit there time and effort into working, they usually just watch for the bad guys and they don't actually benefit the server they only ban players.

Why do you think you might not be picked? I might not be picked because at times I am very strict when it comes to others breaking rules. When people get on my nerves I tend to strike, but I am trying to work on it and make it better.

How well do you know the rules? I have read them over a few times, and I agree with all of them. I see many people doing these on other servers, such as scamming other players. This tends to get on my nerves because it' like people have no respect for one another even on video games.

Do you think patience is a vital trait in a moderator? Yes very, very important. If you don't have patience then you don't have respect towards other players. People don't understand that there are other people in the gaming community that are different.

The server may get fast-paced and you may be overwhelmed with the users, how would you handle this? I would of course try to stay calm, just like alot of other people would do. If it was to overwhelming I would try asking for advice on how to handle the new players.

Hypothetical Questions:

A person just joins the server and is advertising a different server. What do you do? I would first give them a warning, is they continue I would kick them and once and if they join pack we would have a little chat. If the advertising continues I would probably ask a higher rank to take care of it.

You see a moderator starting to get frustrated, you worry he/she may let their anger out on the server. What do you do? Private message them and give them advice on what to do in the current situation, I f I have no advice I will try and change the subject to bypass the anger.

You are the only moderator online and do not know a answer to a problem. What do you do? I will tell them to please wait while I try and figure out there question, I fi still have no clue, I will try and contact any other staff member, wether it's through skype of even through a phone call.

A user is trolling the server. What do you do? Ask them nicely to please stop, If they continue I will give them a kick and have a chat afterwards, and if they still continue I will let a higher rank handle it.

Two users are in an arguement and accusing each other of scamming. What do you do? I jump in on the situation and try to do some research, I will ask them questions and will hopefully figure it out.

Is there anything else you would like to add? Thankyou for your time and consideration in reading this, even if I don't get accepted I would still be happy to play on the server as a normal player:)
