How would I report someone that is posting bad comments on my server page? My server is getting quite good and i want him to be punished. How would I report him?

Is it slander or an opinion? (e.g. THIS SERVER IS F***ING HORRIBLE NEVER PLAY WITH THEM AGAIN/SPAMMING or This server is laggy and admins are horrible?
