That's a great idea! People would probably be able to adapt to the system,making them friendlier,in order to receive RC points (a short form has been made!). I think this would help underrated/unnoticed contributors,for a RC point would be worth more than subs or comments,diamonds and favs.

Exactly. I think the whole concept of having a very limited number of RC points to spend will mean that only the people who truly deserve recognition will get them.

How much XP do you think a User should get when he/she is given an RC point?

I like it. It'd allow a more flexible system than diamonds (That only commend 1 submission, and can be given repeatedly).

The only problem I can forsee is, like the level system, people can be judged negatively or unfairly treated due to the lack or surplus amount of RC points. It'd almst create two different "levels". One for the high-ups, and a "level" for everyone else.

Reading above, I don't think EXP should be given for RC points.
Getting a point should be able to motivate you onwards to try and earn more, I think it would be better seperate from the EXP system.
