Yo, I am building a RPG minecraft map. I am creating unique puzzles, monsters, and quests. I will be filming the build process for YouTube and will (at the end) release the map as a public server! This is a awesome project and one that I will needs some help with.

Honestly I WOULD apply since I'm a pretty decent builder, but only being 14 and the idea of an "interview" would be a little awkward.... Like what do you plan on asking? "What are your intentions as a builder on this build team?" or like "How long have you been building for?" Just kinda curious now.

That is a very good question. This build isn't just for the people who will play it, it is also about having a fun time with others who are working on the project. The interview isn't so much about finding out what you have done, it is about finding what job and challenges you would enjoy taking on most. The "interview" also serves as a good way for me to give you a tour and explain concepts and plans. The main goal it that I get to know who you are and introduce to you the team in such a way that you know what is going on with yourself and the rest of the workers.
