Have you heard about Scarlet Embers before? You may have seen this advert on r/mcservers or Minecraft Forums for some time but until today, never clicked to read. So what are we all about? We don't have hundreds of players online at a time, we don't have a lot of what other servers do. Scarlet Embers however, makes up for all that with our community. We have people from all walks of life, different generations and races mixing together to create a beautiful and varied group of friends and family. Our vanilla spawn was put together by many minds and hands; group projects keep us close! We have honor-based shops (no towny) where you can sell your wares or buy blocks and tools. We also just switched to a dedicated server based in Canada.
If you want to explore our giant map (11k x 11k) then you can do just that. If you'd rather build a giant underwater base, hole away in a mountain or create community projects then you can! We believe in letting players do what makes them happy but we also strive to create moments that are lasting. Ranging from our UHC games, contests, parties and out-of-server gaming on Discord, we believe you'll find exactly what you want with us. There's no obligation to stay forever...but we hope once you login and just say hi, you'll find our fun-loving atmosphere just for you. We joke around, we talk, we laugh, we cry and we stay together through the tough times all the while enjoying the good times. So come on and feel welcomed for once!

Disks: 2x 240 GB SSD, 500 GB Backup Storage

Rules -
Be respectful and mature. No trolling, no overuse of memes.
No griefing, cheating, x-ray, hacking of any kind, or duplication machines.
Don't steal. All chests are private unless marked otherwise.
Build at least 200 blocks from other player's bases or ask them.
PvP only in Death Games or PvP areas, don't randomly kill people.
Work things out amongst yourself before involving staff. This helps build a strong community.
Don't have more than 200 animals/mobs in your area at one time.
Build clean redstone only, no laggy clocks or sorters. (Sorters are allowed just nothing too crazy)
Abandoned builds/items from past players can be taken with Staff approval ONLY.
If you are inactive for 2 months you will be taken off whitelist.

Remember, applications are for showcasing your personality. They can be rejected for a number of reasons. The longer and more detailed, the better.
