It's free, but you get what you registered for, a easily overloaded, very easy to hack and bad, but the best one out there server host with website builder and code that you can change. . But if I was you, I would take some lessons in CSS, HTML and PhP and learn to make your own website and buy a host.

yeah, i know a lot about HTML and coding, but I just need something to put my coding to. Thanks though, I'll check that out.
