Hi, recently(about a week) when I go to multiplayer, all the servers ping for about half an hour and then finally say can't connect. I have never had this problem in the past and have checked my setting for my computer, and minecraft. Some information is that I have an Apple desktop, am on 1.8(doesn't work in 1.7 either). Please help me

Does it still do that if you exit Minecraft and then go back on again?
