Server In Need of Plugin Specialist and Programmer

Recently, I have dedicated much of my time on building my server "AvariceCraft". We have been rather successful in building it, recruiting staff, setting up a website, etc. The one thing we have encountered much difficulty with is managing our plugins, we have installed over 30 plugins but have experienced a lot of trouble managing and optimizing those plugins. I am looking for an experienced plugin developer and programmer to assist us. We are dedicated to making this server in to something really spectatacular, but if being a part of that isn't enough incentive, we are willing to pay whoever we hire.
