Hey i'm Staff Manager/ 2nd Owner on a server.
We are looking for some trustworthy Staff, so Apply below. You will get no format, cause i will see some hard work in it.
Requirements:
1:You will need to have Skype.
2:You will need to make an long Apply, not just 5 lines.
3:You will need to be at least 13 years old.
4:Dont lie
5:If you are Staff on more than 2 other servers, you will get denied.¨

Why should we accept you?: I see a lot of potential in your server, and would like to see it grow, but also help it grow, by helping the new people, or helping with plug-in bugs, although that's not my best point, I had my own server once, and I had an Admin, but he betrayed me and ruined me, so I know how it feels to he cautious, on picking staff, so I would never abuse my power, and usually I'm a fair guy, I can make good judgment, if someone reports a hacker, I hear both sides of the story, and see if the "suspect" is guilty, if not, then I let them both go, but then report the whole thing to you afterwards, but if he was, then I contact immediately and deal with the situation while you are gone, by I.P. Banning, if he was my friend, it would not matter, if he hacked, he hacked, nothing else.
What can you work with?: I'm pretty good with Redstone, and okay with Plug-ins, Command blocks and such, but I'm really good with solving bugs in-game, or solving conflict.
Are you good with other players?: I tend to work with other players, because there are some aspects where I'm not good at, so if you, give me something that I have no experience, I would ask you hand it over to another Staff, but still help that Staff all I can.

Also I Hand On Heart Will Not Abuse This Power By Any Standard And Will Be A Loyal Member Of Staff.

I like your idea of no format. Just to inform you, I'm desiring moderator or builder. I'm skilled in both positions. My age is 14. In my opinion, age is not the matter but maturity. I'm high in maturity and follow instructions given assigned to me. I come with slight experience overall, being an Owner myself, but trying to expand my reach upon other servers, and help out to, as others have done to myself. FYI, my In Game Name is Called Itz_FireFistPvP, but just call me Fire, as i prefer. I believe i can bring good advice and a strong attitude to the server, giving it a leap, and a helping hand. I think a good staff member requires Responsibility, trustworthy heart, maturity, and a good mood. A staff member must require to be friendly, but not play around at the same time, and take hand of any situation possible within the server. But at the same time, being to serious ends up players being a dislike towards that staff member, and gives the server a not good vibe, not allowing others to possibly join, which is obviously a negative to the server. I believe i am Respectful, and respect everyone, not just people above me, and the server itself, not wasting time using commands. I am totally trustworthy, but that is all dependent on the Owner. I have a good vibe, being an Owner myself. I think i can bring lots of things to the table that would help the server. Including my mood, appearance and my knowledge of moderating, and building.
