Server not working...

So my Minecraft server isn't working anymore..? I got home from school one day (like a couple weeks ago) and my console was working everything was fine until I tried to join the server... The IP didn't work! I just couldn't join and none of my friends could too!?! The only way I can join is threw the 192.168 IP or threw "localhost"... I don't know why it isn't working anymore but i'm pretty sad. I have asked a couple people that are good at e got fixing servers and they couldn't fix it. The only good answer I have got is reset my whole server and take all the worlds out but it might be hard doing all the plugins working again... Please help ASAP!!!

Congrats! and maybe (btw add me on skype as "ursling") (if you have skype i might give you the ip on secret chat because the server is private at the moment )

Also.. When I went to the website my ip changed? I haven't reset the router! That's weird. I'm going to do port forward again and try..

I have done port forward already... But I don't know if I did it correctly because last time I did it it was fine but I don't know about this time.

Did you port forward? You can check your current ip here for others to join https://www.whatismyip.com/ but don't put that IP in your server.properties (the link may not show your city, may show another one but IP is correct or should be)

Yes... I am hosting it at home I have checked the IP on my CMD and I changed it on the server.properties... Also I don't have it on the Minecraft server list.

Are you hosting the server at home?
If you are it may be that your IP has changed and you have to change IP on your minecraft multiplayer server list and change port forwarding to the new ip.
