I'm making an epic server but non-ops cannot build anywhere! Im sure it has something to do with a plugin so i listed mine right here:
citizens, permissionsbukkit, multiverse, towny, worldguard, worldedit, battlenight, jail,
machinacraft, buildersplot, preciousstones, essentials, realbanks, boatmod and planetoids.
I looked through the configs of the ones i suspected was causing the problem and couldnt find anything. The message its says when someone tries to build is
You are not permited to build

Make sure to add this permissions note to the groups you want to be able to build.

permissions.build

Cheers!

I was going to try what you guys said today but when I started my server it said Failed to bind to port. I don't get it, the server was working fine yesterday.

Your Internal IP has changed, you need to Use a Stable IP to make sure that it doesn't change, and also make sure that Port Forwarding has changed to the New Internal IP, I recommend Using a Stable IP to an IP above 120, as otherwise there might be a Conflict with another Device in the Network, I hope this helped
