Simply because I've help all positions below before, I'm going to apply for all of them. And in doing so i'll combine all applications to one. to make it easier to read.

Changed a version of mob death notifier to only display total deaths after every 10 min.
Group manager has become second nature by now.

I've been the problem resolver on my server (which died some weeks ago due to poor funding) for a little over a year and a half now. most players will agree I'm a rather likeable person

Do you have good grammar/spelling?
Yes, But I do have dyslexia, so there will be typos. But don't worry, I do know how to spell
Will you abuse your powers?
Not likely, unless i have permission (then it's not abuse is it?) i follow all rules players go by just the same as if I was a player, regardless of my current rank.
what make you better than the other applicants? my skill with all ranks as apposed to just one, i've always been an all round person, due to me being highly competitive with helping people
Are you good with plugins?
yes, i tend to keep current copies of all common plugins (I currently have 69 different ones)
Can you configure plugins?
I've done the configuration for tons of servers and i've been offered staff for doing it many times but i always kindly turned it down (except on a few occasions)
Can you make plugins?
Not make, but modify the base coding to make it easier to manage, (different commands, less ram consuming, etc) I'll always give credit to the past designer though.
Are you a bau$$?
Do you mean boss? Idk, I don't really consider myself too far above par, even though I've been told I am.
How do you resolve arguing issues?
Listen to both sides then decide according as long as both parties agree.
Please state why we should trust you with the Admin title?
I enjoy helping people (even higher ranks) some would even describe me as "A little too eager"

Will you greet new people? Of course im quite the friendly person.
Do you have good grammar/spelling? Yes, currently in high school I'm taking advanced English classes (English honors classes.)
Will you abuse your powers? No in fact, i have been an admin in quite a few server's but, they weren't really highly populated server's so, after a while they got shut down.
Experience: as said above, i have been an admin on many servers and, i did host my own server for quite a while indeed.
How do resolve arguing issues? I see what the argument is about, determine who is right (or get an answer) tell the users arguing and, tell them to stop arguing. (and if there is no right answer, i would just tell them that it will be handled with and what not.Also depending on the offense, mute/kick/ban)

trust you with the Admin title? As stated many times before above, i have been admin on many servers and even hosted my own (Super Elites) if you want to get a hold of some of my colleagues just tell me and ill have them pm you or something.
What makes you better than the other
applicants? I'm more mature than some of these other applicants, i most likely have more experience in Minecraft (iv'e had it since beta) and i know what I'm doing, i can help teach other admin's if needed and i also am a decent builder.

Yes, i will, i love helping out new people, i will tell the basic commands and show them around the place.

Yes, I do, i try not to text spell and such, since I find it hard to understand when other people do it.

Will you abuse your powers?
No, I have been an admin on 2 servers, mod on 1 and I have never been banned/kicked. I use the commands for what they should be used for and I don't have an interest in hacking in items or such.

Experience:
I've played minecraft for as long as i can remember and have been part of staff on many servers. I hosted my own server once back before 1.8, but i had to close it down since of the 1.8 issues,

How do resolve arguing issues?
Well, usually I find out the core problem, do the best I can to fix it. I try to discourage swearing, since I know younger kids play minecraft too. If the person is hacking/griefing I need proof, then depending how bad it is I will kick/ban them.

Because I have proof I have held this title before and been responsible with it. I may be a little bit younger than some of the other applicants but you will find i am extremely mature for my age.

What makes you better than the other applicants?
I have a lot of experience (as stated above), I can multitask and also very comfortably fit in with any schedule. I am a great with redstone and building. I have build spawns before. I have been a trusted admin on a couple of servers (Also stated above) and if i have a job i will do my best to do it straight away.

Experience:I have honestly had a little experiences as staff on servers. If this is what kills my application, then let me say this. How am I suppose to make staff if no one will accept me as staff.

Do you have good grammar/spelling? I have excellent grammar and spelling and I try to use good spelling/grammar as much as I can.

Will you abuse your powers? Heavens No! I use the commands and privileges for what they are meant for and nothing more. I try to play as legit as possible.

Experience: I have been playing minecraft since 1.0 I believe and I have been admin on 5 other servers and they all say I'm the best admin there is.

How do you resolve arguing issues? I always find the main problem, listen to every side of the story and then determine who should get banned/ temp banned etc.. If it is griefing/hacking, I find the criminal and determine whether the person gets temp banned or perm banned.

Please state why we should trust you with the admin title. I have been admin on 5 other servers and they all love me. I may be younger than most of the applicants but I am very mature for my age. I am very trustworthy and you do not need to worry about me having a lot of power as admin.

What makes you better than the other applicants? I have a ton of experience as admin on other servers. Most of the time applicants are just 8 year olds lying about their age and making applications just because they are desperate to have lots of power when they can't handle it.. I would love to help this server as much as possible and contribute
to it as much as possible.

Will you greet new people? Yes i am a really social guy and always greet all the newcomers on my own server, I really like to communicate with my server mates as i will be playing with them and that's how you build a strong solid community. Community is key to a great minecraft server as it allows the player to have more than themselves to rely on and communicate with. This allows for more players on the server and a strong based system to be implied.
Do you have good grammar/spelling? My grammar is in great shape and can be used in serious situations if needed to. I usually spell all my words right and i am sort of like a grammar nazi myself. Grammar nazi is when a person get weery due to wrong use of grammar or spelling. I don't take anybodies speech strong unless it has unity and strong base grammar.
Will you abuse your powers? No, this is a question that almost everybody will answer as no. When i say no, I am saying that i will only allow myself to do what the admins allow me to do. I will not cross the Owners line of what not to do. I always hated when my own Admins would do anything that has not been said by me. I have had many complaints of Admins abusing their powers and having their fun with it. You need to do what's best for the server and do not abuse your powers.
Experience: Yes of course i have experience! I have a server of my own that i had to configure all my plugins and all problems that have come up were solved by me. My Co-Owner's job was to build while mine was to be the owner and maintain the whole server intact, make a stable economy, prosper on everyone's questions. I like to hear out people as that is how you build a stable community. If needed, I will assist you with any help with plugins or any arguing issue.
How do you resolve arguing issues? I need to hear out both sides or the argument, I never look at the rank or maturity level of either person. I only pay attention to what each has to say. I will never ban them on first time without hearing out the situation and assessing it based on the rules it has broken/damage it has caused. If a ban is a rightful move in that situation then a ban will be set. I forgive people for what they do and don't hold anything against anybody.
Please state why we should trust you with the Admin title? You can trust me with the Admin title because I respect the Owner for maintaining such a big server and i want to support him to the best of my ability. I feel like the owner is a genius for keeping a server like that and i have full respect to not do anything that may hurt the server severely. Trust cant be said as much as done. I can only promise you so much, I need to show you in order for a trust to build.
What makes you better than the other applicants? I am on top of my game. I know whats going on in the minecraft world and I am not only familiar with a few world edit command, I know this game inside-out. I am willing to do anything to make a server great! Not only that but i am addicted to minecraft and will have all my skills projected onto the server along with my server mates to build a great server. I studied economics and have a strong feel for a profound community that will improve the overall quality of the game. I know what the server needs to strive and be as successful as needed. I am more of a person of action, let my talent be implanted in this new server.
