Squids, not horses, should drop meat. May possibly be added with the possible 1.7 ocean update.

That's insane! the primary use for horses is easily transportation, VERY rarely are they considered food. it should stay that way. If they are gonna make some animal in mc edible, it ought to be the squid.

Actually they're a common food in Asia, Europe, and South America. I personally would find horse meat more realistic.

Agreed! That and adding meat for sheep would also add so much more value of animals to my warrior cats rp server. Especially since I have a "special" Clan that is cats with fins that live underwater

you just make your friend sleep In a bed and keep on killing him. that's totally balanced. in hardcore mode however, it would be ok.

No. You ride horses. Not eat them. They are too useful to eat.

I hate horses. when you hit them, you just think what the hell was that? they are too overpowered and too easy to find. the sound when you kill them is terrifying lol. I wish you could eat them, then I wouldn't care as much about them being stupid.

What would be the point? They make the worst sound in the world when they die and it makes me want to kill myself after I kill one of them. Also, you breed them with gold apples so it wouldn't be worth it.
