I will keep the topic short;)
1. Who are we?
At this point we are rather simple.
We are a group of good online friends from all over the world.
you can expect a bunch of funny people, making jokes and cooperating together.
I have to tell you that the guild is pretty old already. We started in 2009 as a simple and successfull faction.
through the years we changed and switched members aswell the kind of servers.
pvp, creative or even being staff on a server. We have seen it all.
2. What are our plans in the future?
well, it is quite a big list. But to make a long story short.
our first goal is building and decorating our island town 'Stone_Isle'.
Beside some little expansions we dont have much plans on our current server yet.
as soon as we grow a little bit bigger it is time to form several teams.
we do like it to see another pvp and creative group coming off the ground.
but that is for later on.
3. What could Silence give you?
first and most important is some good friends and a nice group to play with from all over the world. (From europe and the USA to australia and even asia)
we can also give you a good starting home and jobs to do in town.
the help and instructions wont be forgotten.
we let you help with bigger projects such as big castles or underground town parts.
as soon as we grow bigger we will take care of special events. (All ideas are welcome!)
at the last point it is easy to rank up at this time.
all new members are just 'members', however...
as we notice you are active, doing your best for the group, giving ideas and solutions we will grand you a spot as advisor or even counsil.
if you have the abilities of a good leader, we give you the oppertunity to become a groupleader later on. (If you are really good you may make it in to the top of Silence, this is rare btw)

griefing - our reaction depends on the majority and reason of the situation.
stealing on purpose - will make you pay back what you have stolen. If you refuse or dont pay it back, we consider it is not safe to have a thief in town.
Insulting or being racist - we will react on the majority of the situation.
Betraying - it means you join a kind of enemy, no explanation needed.
ragequiting - mostly it is combined with griefing and useless pvp.

Our goal is atleast 50 members for a start. Which makes us a big and really active guild.
Current progress (20:50)
We want to give you a feeling of an active clan. Once it becomes too crowded we will make sure we have new playgrounds. Like new towns and servers to play on.
This will cause you have always fellow members to play with. But it will never be too full of people.
So apply and have fun!
