Yes, but a four color palette should be four shades of the same color, or, at the very least, if you want it to have varying hues, hue shift it intensely.

With those colours, none of the skins will look good because there's no possible way to shade.

Eh, Draz or Allergy will probably make one that at least looks semi half kinda barely decent.
You could use the purple as a shadow for the blue and the yellow to highlight the red
Ok, in all seriousness, this palette, if you can call it that, it pretty bad.
This thread is going to turn into the one where some guh made a "palette" with like a bazillion identical shades of cyan and green, full of people criticizing it and people trying to defend it.
