Just to let you know, 16GB can host 50+

This is how to do it on windows. I don't know how to do it on mac

1. Open CMD type ip config. locate the item labeled "Default Gateway"
2. Type the IP into your web browser you may get some sort of login page
try admin as the username and password as the password
3. Then once you have logged in, find a link labeled "virtual servers" or
"port forwarding" or "gaming".
4. Click on add custom service or there will be blank boxes
the name can be any thing like "minecraft"
the port should be 25565
protocol = TCP
Both inbound ports should be 25565
both private ports should be 25565 if you have that
5. Select CMD window again
find your ipv4
and take the last number of that and put it into
' IP address' of your router screen
press apply changes

Make sure you click enable or the server wont work

Although my building skill is fairly low I own my own server also I think I have a good eye for what looks good I have played skyrim and have go to legendary deadric EVERYTHING so I know the game well I also have the GIANT guide book.

If you like my texture pack (the one below) then maybe I could make a Skyrim texture pack in 64x64 and then shrink down the textures. Then we could have a HD texture pack and a regular one. (I've never tried this so if it's a bad idea let me know)

I've shrunken textures before to fit my needs. Just have to decrease the pixels to 50% or 25% depending on the size you want.

I know how to do it, just never done it. Probably have to do a little bit of tweaking to make it seamless.
