If you're looking for decent builders to join your team I'd recommend not adding 'Easy to be accepted' as most professionals will look at that and instantly disregard your post.
Professionals want their skills to be appreciated and in high demand meaning that any team that readily accepts "Builders" without fitting a specific criteria is very unlikely to do this.
