I'm more into the Admin/Head Admin role because you have access to more commands and therefor you can help the owner develop the server as well as helping the players as much as possible and with that raise the reputation of the server. I've also been asked to become a co-owner once.
Why You?: I like helping players out because I've been on so many servers where the staff don't really seem to care for the players. It feels like some of them wanted to be recruited just to brag and get access to commands ordinary players don't have. I also wanna help the owner as much as possible to bring new players to the server and, of course, make my best to make sure the players have a reason to stay on the server. If I become Admin/Head Admin I'd make sure to listen to what players have to say, make sure they follow the rules. I read the chat almost every time a new message comes up which will provide me to see how people behave and if someone is being treated bad or if they need any other help. Since I've been working on servers before I know how to handle problems but would there be some problems no staff members can't handle I'd either mute, put the player in jail or make a temp-ban unless the owner isn't on nor can be contacted on Skype or PMC. When I get in touch with the owner I'd listen to what the owner thinks is the best to do in this players' chase. I like to inform the owner if a player has been banned and if necessarily provide the owner with evidence such as screenshots as proof. Except this I always try my best not to start argue with anyone. I wanna' take advantage against everything that's against the rules and help out as soon as possible.

I love the mine craft community, even though it is harsh at times and I am harsh at it sometimes, but I still enjoy helping it. I like building creations for the good of the community and for my own enjoyment. 8.5/10: I love the common jokes, I have fun with what I do, and do a lot of stupid things but at the same time be responsible and make sure it doesn't harm other players, though when the time come's i can be very serious but at the same time very Fair and understanding.
Why should we except you?
I love the mine craft community, even though it is harsh at times and I am harsh at it sometimes, but I still enjoy helping it. I like building creations for the good of the community and for my own enjoyment. I don't rage, if I were to leave, I would say my goodbyes and demote myself, not blow the server up first, and I see myself as a good member of your team.

I have recently been admins, moderators and builders of multiple servers across the gaming community in games such as, call of duty modern warfare 3, garrysmod, obviously mine craft, and many others. i personally think i have the skills required to make a good staff member
