Starting A Network - Team Needed!

Hello,
I currently looking for some developers and builders to help me start a network that will represent a hosting company that i run, my ideas so far are to have a factions server opfactions prison opprison, possible some minigames, like hunger games, and maybe even some custom gamemodes,
Also i am looking for graphic designers to design some logos and banners, looking for maybe some website developers, but i can do a bit of website development myself, but i am not the best at it
