I made a texture pack specifically for the mineplex super smash mobs minigame, but it got turned down because it didn't have enough textures. The problem is, I specifically made it for that minigame and had few textures on purpose, plus I planned to expand. Was there a button or something to tell the moderators that it was for a minigame with few textures intentionaly, or willI I have to expand it before showing it?

Could you still upload a texture pack that initially doesn't meet the requirements but does later? What i mean is "The texture pack doesn;t change enough because it is a WIP but eventually changes enough" Is that OK?

I think it has to meet the requirements to be posted as a submission, whether or not it's finished.

About the minimum requirements, can moderators make exceptions to those rules?

That's there to cover some extreme, rare circumstance to allow us flexibility. Under nearly all normal circumstances, an exception won't be made. If an exception is made for any reason, a staff member will likely make a public comment on the post explaining the situation for other staff or members who might otherwise report it.

Edit: When I said "nope" to your earlier question I should have elaborated. 99% of the time, the case is not special circumstance and an exception won't be made. We can make exceptions, we just usually don't because a majority of the time the excuse is "please make an exception and I won't do it again" rather than a special circumstance..

Upload it to a file-sharing site like Mediafire and then share the Mediafire download link in your post.

You can add more textures later and just mark it as not 100% complete.

Your meaning to create a micro-pack for a minigame doesn't change that your pack doesn't follow our rules. We have minimum texture pack requirements and if you want to share a texture pack that doesn't meet them, you should share it in the forum instead of posting it as it's own submission.

Although it may not follow the rules, it's still technically a texture pack. The mojang definition of a texture pack is that it must AT LEAST change a single texture.
