Then again, that's watch_dogs, ubisoft doesn't know how to make a PC port, to save their lifes. A 780ti would drop down to 27ish FPS on AC:4.

No one can run Watch_dogs at 4k, on ultra. The PC port is so bad.

Yes, as an owner of many Ubisoft games including Watch_Dogs, AC4, and a GTX 770, I can confirm this.

crazyeagleIn addition to what killertoad has said, dont get a overclocking processor and a b85 mobo.

Lol, I didn't even notice that...

discOtterIf I were you, despite what other say, keep to the 780ti. Being more powerful than the original GTX Titan, it'll give you plenty of power for ACTUAL "next-gen" games (so called next-gen games of today don't have much of a graphic improvement). If you have the money, go for it.

A 770, or a 780 would do that perfectly fine. The 780ti is made more for 1440p+ gaming.

And @OP, why not get a ocable cpu/motherboard, just incase you want too, down the road?

My 770 is having trouble running watch dogs and that's the beginning, idk bout that. But future proofing is almost impossible without spending a load of money so yeah.

No. A 780ti is almost 200$ more than a r9 290x with practically the same performance. A 780 is 100$ more than a r9 290 with the same performance. Why would you get an Nvidia card now that AMD offerings are much cheaper with the same performance?

Then you should go with a different cpu, instead of the i5-4670k, go with a non k cpu like the i5-4590. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80646i54590 Then you could keep the motherboard you have, or go with a H97 board http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-h97pro4 which will get you 5th gen cpu compatibility if you ever want to upgrade, but will cost a bit more.

Why the i7?

Why can't you get a cheaper ram? Ram speeds won't make it any faster, only helps with APUs really.

And what resolution? 1080p? A 780 ti is over kill for about anything and everything.

And I personally like the NZXT Phantom cases.

I chose the i7 because I wasn't sure if the i5 was powerful enough, but I can bump down if it's necessary.

1080p monitor, and I don't really want to step down from the 780 ti but if I can play any game on max settings with around 60+ FPS, then I will.

The 4770k (i7) and the 4670k (i5) are almost exactly the same, only the i7 has hyperthreading. They'd get the same frame rate in games, so it's not worth the extra ~70 dollars.

And a 780 would do that, heck a 770 would do that, haha. You could go cheaper, and get a r9 290, and save a lot of money, while having the same performance of a 780.

And why can't you change the ram?

I won the RAM for free along with the PSU while attending PAX. I'll also change the 4770k to the 4670k. I want to avoid switching to an AMD graphics card, so I'll probably bump down to the a 780 or 770.
