Is this a good computer?
So today my lovely mac got the Pixels of Doom and so now. I am looking for a new computer preferably a PC so. I was wondering if this was a good Desktop. I am open to building my own and I am no computer expert so I don't know if this is even good or not. If it's not please lead me into the way of a good computer. I don't really have a budget but anything around 500$ would be nice http://www.amazon.com/CyberpowerPC-GUA2 ... GMRHBP5GV2 if. I needed to build one I planned on building this http://youtu.be/5n5dolXyyg0

I actually have one of those, I bought it for 400 on sale lol. It isn't very good, you can get way better for the price.

It only came to around £350, you would be much better building your own if you can. Much cheaper.
That's what he's doing.
*facepalm*

It is not good? Vram doesn't matter as much as many people think...
@OP go with randomnesses build, it's better than any pre-built you can buy.

The cpu is 99.99$ at Frys and Staples will do a price match. This will play pretty much every game on medium/high with 30+ fps. If you 60+ fps with most games on ultra upgrade to a 770/r9 280x instead.

I would just build what Austin Evans has. He's a VERY reliable source.

What is your budget? I need a limit, or else you're gonna have a awesome computer, but also an awesome(sarcasm) price tag, lol.

1000 But It doesn't really matter if you go over but like anyone if you are giving me a 2000$ dollar computer when it does the same thing as a 600$ I would choose the 600$
Note: I am not some hardcore gamer so something that will run smoothly at least 30-60 frames per second and medium to high settings. Low to medium works to but come on its pretty

No, bad computer. You can build one that is cheaper, and better.
Building a PC is like putting together Legos, the parts only go on one spot, and only on one way.
Replace the italics so we can better help you with a build.
What is this computer going to be used for?
List what you will be doing with your computer.
What is your budget?
Include amount and currency.
Where do you live? If in the US, do you have a nearby Microcenter?
Your country lets us know what sites you can order from. If you have a nearby Microcenter they have some great in-store only deals that you can take advantage of.
What is included in the budget?
Things like the tower, the OS, peripherals and monitors.
Will you be overclocking?
Overclocking will require different hardware than a non-overclocking build so we need to know this.
Will you be reusing any parts?
If you are reusing parts list them here.
What OS do you want?
Say which OS you want or say if you already have a copy of one.
Any specific case preferences?
Size, color, etc.
Any other special features that you want in the build?
Stuff like an SSD, large hard drive, RAID, and wifi

I will be using it for gaming I have a cheap budget but I if I have to I will spend the money to buy one that performs and lasts well I live in the us and no just the desktop is included in the budget the monitors and etc I can handle not sure what the other questions mean besides the case (not computer genius here ) I can handle a bland boring case but if there is one that looks cool that is cheap that is fine. Of course I would like for it to have room to have the basic stuff I need and if I ever wanna upgrade it I can

Most people use a custom computer.
- you are saving hundreds and thousands of dollars
-Its faster, stronger, and more powerful
- Customizable (duh lol)
The downside is that if you might make mistakes making it, unless you know someone who is good with computers.
