The earth isn't what it used to be, in the year 2153 earth became almost completely unlivable. Almost every human was taken and sent to another planet called Terra, well they only took a few of each animal so they could breed, and the rest were left in peace, for a short amount of time.

When the humans left, they left machines running like power plants and other nuclear power generators which led to some animals become hybrids, animals that are more than one breed. And some animals went crazy for short amounts of time. But what also happened was that the animals gained the ability of speech and began began small colonies that began re-inhabiting parts of the world.

The world returned to normal after a few hundred hundred more years and beasts that had been unseen for thousands of years like dragons and the sabertooth tiger and with them magic returned to the land.

(there are still very few humans left in  earth)
