Planet Minecraft

TotalCraft is a server focused on the struggle between two factions, the Arm and the Core. Players can compete both militarily and economically for dominance for themselves or the faction they have pledged their allegiance to. Players will choose a faction immediately after exiting the spawn location for the first time, and will remain forever loyal to the nation they select. Players can still however, create their own towns and cities, albeit within the nation they originally selected.

Some features of this server are:

Pre-made villages and castles scattered throughout the main world with no protection whatsoever! Claim them or destroy them as you choose!
Rare items in chests hidden throughout the world!
Multiple plugins to enhance game experience, such as mcMMO, Towny, Multiverse and iConomy.

TotalCraft is in its final stages of construction; permissions and a small bit of building is all there is left to do.

Why do you want this position? (2-5 sentences preferably)
I want this position because I have been seeing the same old servers recently, either Pvp or survival, but this server is different, it is original and it could be something special. I believe I can improve the servers community as I have administrated a server with over 1600+ users, it's name was MINECRAFTNX unfortunately it is no more.




Do you have any previous experience as a moderator?
I have experience as a moderator, but more experience as a admin. I see admin as moderator because I don't tend to use weird commands only the ones needed to run a server successfully. For example :/ban,/kick, and /tempban.





If so, on what server(s) and for how long?
As I said previously the server was called MINECRAFTNX and it had over 1600+ users. I didn't mention piggeserver which was another one which unfortunately went down (couldn't afford to host it).





What can you personally bring to the server?
I can bring determination, and a smile to the server. As well as my expertise in running a server (I know how to configure a few plugins).

Also i have been an admin on another server (which is now shut down cant remember the name) and i banned all griefers and hackers, and helped players, and the server was a success.

Why do you want this position? (2-5 sentences preferably) I'm looking for a server that is new, needs help with rule-breakers, needs people, and help with plugins. I'm someone who can help you with these things. I'll advertise the server, and once I get paypal money, I'll donate to the server!

I was a mod on another server but that server was hacked.
There is other servers, but they are dead.

I've always wanted more experience with being staff, and here is an opportunity. This seems like a good serious server where mods will actually have something to do, instead of just flying around waiting for someone to log on.





Do you have any previous experience as a moderator?
I have been an admin on a server called "Techocraft". Had a 10 player community.





If so, on what server(s) and for how long?
As I said before, "Techocraft" for two weeks, the server went down due to lack of donators.





What can you personally bring to the server?
A nice and friendly moderator that is very helpful. I have knowledge on alot of plugins and I am able to help with most problems. I can use Building plugins, such as Worldedit and Voxelsniper, and protection plugins, such as CoreProtect and logblock.
