Trying to start a GIANT faction!

So i want to start on a faction server with alot of people and make a OP faction!

We will all work as a BIG faction together! If you grief, steal stuff, or look suspicious we WILL kill you and remove you from our faction!

However this is the way I work: You provide me land, I build a farm and supply you food. I don't need help in farming, and I collect most of the materials myself. I provide enough food for the whole faction and possibly surplus. If I don't you fire me, its simple as that.
If you allow me to work it out right, you will only need one farmer. This will allow 2 extra spots for whatever jobs you need.
